Will you support the Middle Class Scholarship Act?

The skyrocketing cost of tuition of the University of California, California State University and California Community College systems are crippling thousands of working families and struggling students across the state. That is why I’m asking you to join me in supporting Speaker John Pérez’s “Middle Class Scholarship” legislation by signing the petition today.

Speaker Pérez’s proposal would aid those middle class families who make too much money to qualify for other state financial aid, but who make less than $150,000. The proposal could amount to a savings of $4,000 a year for CSU students and as much as $8,100 a year for UC students.
