Summer House Parties!

Last week’s Primary Election was such an incredible success – we earned over 55% of the vote in a four-person race and finished nearly 35 percentage points ahead of our nearest competitor! I’m so grateful for all of your help and kindness along the way. But under the new election system in California, even though we received an absolute majority of the votes, there is still a run off election in November.

That’s why I need your help to keep building momentum – because our work isn’t done yet. We have to continue building support for a stronger economy, great public schools and an affordable and accessible college education.

I would be honored for the opportunity to meet you, your neighbors, friends and family and to discuss the issues that are most important to you. I’ve been focusing on creating jobs, generating revenue for our public schools and making college affordable, but I’d like to hear from you about your priorities.
